Our 30-minute interval workout is made up of 6 4-minute fitness stations with 1-
minute rests in between, creating an industry-leading fitness experience in less time than an average lunch break.

We offer a HIIT-based 30-minute, circuit & bio-feedback based interval training workout comprised of 6, 4-minute fitness stations with 1-minute rests in between allowing for an industry leading fitness experience in less time than a lunch break. We have structured a design to ensure unlimited cross-training workout compositions. They are planned by top certified trainers to provide balanced, highly effective, full body, strength & conditioning workouts that are individually adaptable to all fitness levels. The combination of exercises can be defined as part of three co-existing fitness approaches: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, & Functional Training. B O D Y   P R E P A R A T I O N

Most studios fail to prepare your body for the workout. Our Dynamic Warmup minimizing body stress and injury.

What to Expect

Welcome!

As soon as you walk into our studio you will be greeted with a smile and a personal greeting.

Station 1: Dynamic Warmup

It is critical to get your body ready to safely workout. As such, we are the only fitness studio to have it built into our rotation. Station one will include dynamic warm ups to prepare you to have your best workout every time  and to mitigate risk of injury.. 

Station 3: Agility & Power

The agility and power station has  ladder floor stencils, punching bags, battle ropes, and medicine ball targets. This is one of the most versatile stations and provides significant muscular and cardiovascular exercises to keep your heart and muscles working hard. 

Station 5 - Strength

Station five’s focus is on strength exercises. Using dedicated dumbbells and weight benches, you are led through strength building exercises.

Station 2 - Suspension Training

Station two is all about suspension training. Using TRX bands, various body weight exercises will get your heart rate going. 

Station 4 - Functional Fitness

Station four’s focus is on functional fitness. You will use sand bags, slam balls, kettlebells and many other pieces of equipment to workout your body in functional movements while fighting exhaustion. 

Station 6 - Cardio

Station six is the final station and focuses on cardio. Equipment includes rowers, self-powered treadmills and air bikes for those that need modifications. The cardio station provides you one last big push to close out your workout with a bang.
