RESTING METABOLIC ASSESSMENT
The RMR test is a simple, non-invasive test that accurately measures how many calories you burn at rest. During the test, a machine captures and analyzes the composition of your breath, determining your oxygen consumption, to measure the rate at which you consume energy. This assists with developing your nutrition plan.
ACTIVE METABOLIC ASSESSMENT
An active metabolic assessment aims to help you make the most of your workout and kick-start weight loss if you’ve hit a plateau. This cardio-based assessment determines your specific heart-rate zones and how well your body burns carbohydrates and fats to fuel your exercise. This is critical to your Benefhiit Workout.
3D BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS
Weight scales often mislead you into thinking you're not making progress. Nothing is more illustrative and more motivating then to actually see your body transform. Analyze Hundreds of Body Measurements & extract measurements like your waist, hip, thigh, fat composition, muscle composition, and more with less than 1% error.
Every workout at Benefhiit Fitness uses heart rate training to make your exercise as efficient & effective as possible. Each station of the workout has a 55" TV that shows your bio-output including your heart rate, calories burned, and other metrics.
At each station, there are two 55" TVs, one of which shows the digital instruction of every exercise performed throughout the session. This provides the necessary instruction to perform exercises properly even if a coach is not available. This allows us to offer session times 20 hours a day, 356 days a year.
