available every 5 minutes throughout the day on a schedule that works for everyone
– with sessions offered 20 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our body uses more oxygen after exercise than before exercise, so we burn more calories during our recovery from exercise than we do before exercise. This is known as EPOC and you burn more calories after interval training and resistance training.

Exercise strengthens all the muscles in your body, including your heart muscle. Interval training forces your heart to alternate between working hard and recovering. Doing that multiple times in a single workout can help your heart become more efficient.
